A particular requirement for the successful integration of new technologies and systems in developing countries is the ability to plan, manage and assess the efficancy and benefits, in both the short and the long term, of the specific program or project. This requires high-level financial and technical skill so that a transparent and equitable distribution of inputs and hence benefits is ensured. ILRIC has extensive experience in project and program management. Th is experience covers a diversity of research and development assistance projects. ILRIC has access to experience in project design, monitoring and assessment that fulfill World Bank, United Nations (various institutions) and AusAID requirements as well as many domestic and international research agencies.
